Working mechanism of secondary conveyor belt cleaners

Positioning

The secondary belt scraper is mounted to the right, where the primary cleaner discharges on the conveyor belt. This positioning makes it possible to catch any remaining wastes the principal system might not pick.

Contact Pressure

The scraper has a tension control mechanism that allows consistent pressure on the belt. This also helps in cleaning to avoid any destruction of the belt surface.

Material Removal

During the operation of the conveyor system, scraper blades move along and across the belt surface and scrape off any remaining particles, such as dust, dirt, or debris. Another advantage of efficient designs is that even the most recalcitrant particulate or sticky substances are effectively evacuated.

Self-Cleaning Action

Some of our secondary scrapers incorporate the auto-cleaning system, so the material does not accumulate at the scraper tool and hampers its working capability.

Durable Materials

Our line of secondary cleaners is much advanced in the material used, besides being highly effective in cleaning tasks likely to be found in industrial environments.
