Hard-material-rubber composite for heavy impact and wear loadings
As a hard material composite formed with rubber, it is primarily used where high impact loading occurs in combination with heavy abrasion. The wear protection material is vulcanized in rubber.
Depending on the specific abrasion and impact resistance requirements, our impact resistant solutions may include either fused cast basalt , high alumina ceramics or welded hard surfacing .

Long lasting Wear Protection
Our impact resistant solutions are suitable for areas where material velocity , weight , shapes may cause localised wear by impact.
This is typical for conveyor chutes for example, where material is projected on the chute surface area , sometimes at high velocities.
The vulcanized rubber, helps with noise reduction.
