Conveying bulk solids can sometimes cause difficulties, sharp-edged, large pieces of undefined shapes, unfavourable feeding conditions, material pile-ups could result in longitudinal cuts or punctures in the belt.
Our company provide a technical and cost-efficient solution, which is the Ripcheck conveyor belt with an additional impact-resistant breaker installed above the carcass.

Three types are available ⇶
– RC type – elastic cross reinforcement with steel cord
– RCH type – very narrow and elastic reinforcement with steel cord for severe conditions
– BR type – elastic reinforcement with textile cord (for magnetic separators or in devices for metal detection, used in the timber industry)
Better Carcass Design
The development of a RIPCHECK conveyor belt with an additional impact-resistant breaker installed above the carcass ensures a high breaking load and good gouge protection, which makes it ideally suitabe for differents areas such as sand, gravel and stone industry, cement plants, heating and thermal stations, garbage incineration plants, road building machinery, recycling, compost preparation and waste processing industry, steelworks, timber industry and sawmills
