Rubber belts for bucket elevators applications

The conveyor belt is the key element of the bucket elevator. Our very resistant metal carcass belts with cordless areas for bucket attachment are ideal for bucket elevators. We can supply belts with strengths up to 5,500 N/mm.

Textile carcass bands are also available for lower resistances.

For uniform distribution of retention forces, the buckets are mounted using special bolts and hardware. Rubber sheets are used between the bucket and the belt.

We can design and manufacture elevator belts based on OEM requirements.
